Ayaz Basrai

Ayaz Basrai is a prominent Indian industrial designer, architect, and researcher. He is the co-founder of The Busride Design Studio, a leading architecture and interior design firm, and heads its research and experimental arm, The Busride Lab, based in Goa.

Known for co-creating over 100 experiential spaces and restaurants in India—including The Bombay Canteen, Social, and Toit—his current professional focus extends into heritage conservation, craft economy research, and speculative design.
